The new world sees the onset of tyranny and slavery except this time the planet belongs to the apes

The world has changed since Caesar led the apes to their liberation. In this new world, the legacy of Caesar has been twisted to suit the needs of power-hungry apes who seek to enslave each other. Their ultimate aim is to find the human technology that will allow them to marshal total control and obedience. But one young ape from a defeated clan stands against this tyranny. Alongside a young human woman, the pair discover the past and plot for a peaceful future.
