Reptile is a crime thriller movie produced by Black Label Media and distributed by Netflix. The movie is the narrative feature debut of Grant Singer. Singer is known for his work in the music video genre and for documentary filmmaking. Singer directs from a screenplay written by Benjamin Brewer with Michael Gioulakis handling the cinematography.
Decorated Puerto Rican actor Benicio del Toro takes the lead role in Reptile, portraying Alex, the grizzled detective. He is joined in the cast by award-winning singer, actor, and producer Justin Timberlake. Alicia Silverstone, Michael Pitt, Ato Essandoh, and Frances Fisher round out the cast. Reptile was released on Netflix on September 29, 2023.
