Between London and Lahore, Zoe and Kazim exchange ideas about love and commitment
For Zoe, a documentary filmmaker searching for a sequel to her first big hit, dating couldn’t be more difficult. After enough swiping most people are ready to give up on the idea of love completely. His solution, however, is to follow a time-honored tradition of having his marriage arranged by his family. Kazim is set on a journey to Lahore to meet his fiance for the first time and marry her there. Surprised by his choice, Zoe casts the documentarian gaze over her childhood friend and begins filming the process.
