Synopsis
An ancient shark smells blood and is on the loose in The Black Demon
Paul Sturges is taking his family on a beautiful vacation to Bahia Azul. When they arrive, he and his wife realize that the town has been abandoned by locals. No longer the idyllic vacation spot they remember, the reason soon becomes clear when a vicious megalodon appears. Defending its new territory the giant shark is set on a path of destruction. The family must escape the giant jaws of this ancient beast while stuck on an oil rig.

The Black Demon is an action horror shark movie produced by Highland Film Group and The Avenue Films. It is directed by Adrian Grunberg, a filmmaker best known for Rambo: Last Blood and Get the Gringo. The movie is written by Carlos Cisco and Boise Esquerra.
The Black Demon features Josh Lucas in the lead role as Paul Sturges. Lucas has been featured in movies such as American Psycho, A Beautiful Mind, and The Lincoln Lawyer. He is joined by Chilean star Fernanda Urrejola who stars as Ines. She is known for roles in Narcos: Mexico and Cry Macho. Julio Cesar Cedilla stars as Chato while Venus Ariel is Audrey Sturges.
