Synopsis
Hiccup is a hapless Viking who befriends a dragon against the wishes of his macho father
On the island of Berk, a young Viking named Hiccup is learning how to fight dragons in the way of his family's tradition. But Hiccup’s disapproving father does not give his son his blessing. Desperate to earn his father’s respect, Hiccup captures a rare dragon and begins to train with it as proof of his strength and bravery. He soon realizes that his captured dragon is not a ruthless predator but a potential friend sparking a relationship that could change the island forever.
