28 Years Later is an upcoming post-apocalyptic zombie horror movie produced by Sony Pictures, DNA Films, and Decibel Films. It is a sequel to the movies 28 Days Later. The movie is written by Alex Garland, the original writer of 28 Days Later and the filmmaker behind movies such as Ex Machina, Annihilation, and Civil War. 28 Years Later is directed by British filmmaker Danny Boyle who directed the original movie as well as Trainspotting, The Beach, and Slumdog Millionaire. 28 Years Later is produced by Andrew Macdonald, Peter Rice, Danny Boyle, and Alex Garland. 28 Years Later is the first in a new trilogy of movies. 28 Years Later stars Cillian Murphy, Jodie Comer, Ralph Fiennes and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
