Dumb Money is a comedy-drama movie based on the book The Antisocial Network written by Ben Mezrich. The movie is produced by Michael DeLuca, who produced Mezrich’s previous book, The Accidental Billionaires into the movie The Social Network. Dumb Money is directed by Craig Gillespie, a filmmaker known for his works I, Tonya, and Cruella. It is written by Lauren Schuker Blum and Rebecca Angelo, writers known for the Netflix television show, Orange Is The New Black.

The movie features a star-studded ensemble cast that is led by actor Paul Dano who stars as Keith Gill. He is joined by Pete Davidson, America Ferrera, and Seth Rogen. Vincent D’Onofrio stars as Steven Cohen. Nick Offerman portrays Kenneth C. Griffin while both Anthony Ramos and Sebastian Stan star in the movie. Shailene Woodley, Myha’la Herrold, Rushi Kota, and Talia Ryder make up the expanded cast. Dumb Money was released in cinemas on September 29, 2023.
