Dune: Part Two is the second part in the Dune film series produced by Legendary Pictures. The films are based on the 1965 sci-fi novel by author Frank Herbert, and adapted for the screen by acclaimed director Denis Villeneuve, who also helmed Dune: Part One in 2021. He is joined by cinematographer Greig Fraser (Zero Dark Thirty) and legendary composer Hans Zimmer, both of whom lent their talents to the first film.
Timothée Chalamet returns as Paul Atreides, the young man who joins the Fremen of the planet Arakkis after the villainous Harkonens seize power from his father. He is joined by Zendaya as Chani, a young Fremen woman who teaches Paul their ways. Rebecca Ferguson plays Paul’s mother, Lady Jessica Atreides, and Javier Bardem joins again as Stilgar. Stellan Skarsgård reprises his role as the horrifying Harkonnen leader, Baron Vladimir Harkonnen. Newcomers to the franchise include Florence Pugh as Irulan Corrino, Christopher Walken as Shaddam Corrino IV, Austin Butler as Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen, Lea Seydoux as Lady Margot, and Anya Taylor-Joy.
