Cleopatra (2023)

Cleopatra tells the story of the queen of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt, whose rule lasted from 51 to 30 BC. She is considered to be one of the most fascinating figures throughout human history, She was also a descendant of Ptolemy I Soter – the Macedonian Greek general who founded the Ptolemaic dynasty.The titular queen is played by Gal Gadot, who famously portrayed Wonder Woman in the DCEU (DC Extended Universe). Legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor previously played the iconic ruler in a 1969 feature of the same name.
