Synopsis
A Harley Quinn spinoff focussing on B-list baddie Kite Man
Kite Man is a small-time Gotham City villain with one mission – to keep the bills paid at the dive bar Noonan’s where he lives. Opening the bar with his lover, Golden Glider, the pair simply want a place for Gotham’s criminals to enjoy a cold one in peace. But the pair are constantly overshadowed by Lex Luthor’s Legion of Doom. Fighting for their right to be respected as villains, Kite Man and Golden Glider do what they must to make Noonan’s the place to be.
