The lawyer-turned-secret-agent, Owen Hendricks is being sent to South Korea to help unravel a dangerous plot. But he won’t be alone. Working alongside the South Korean intelligence service, Owen will have to learn who he can trust in this new environment. Meanwhile, there is a growing threat from within the agency that is beginning to cause trouble.
Perfect for thriller-seekers and fans of Noah Centineo
The Recruit Season 2 is perfect for viewers seeking an over-the-top spy thriller that puts exhilaration over plausibility. The new season takes fans to South Korea as CIA lawyer Owen Hendricks (Noah Centineo) tries to foil a kidnapping, striking a nice balance between action, emotion, and fun. As with the first season, season 2 largely works because of Centineo, who is as charming, funny, and entertaining as ever. While a bit rushed and less cohesive than the first season, The Recruit Season 2 is still perfect for viewers looking for a fun spy thriller and more of Centineo's work.
