Synopsis
Blistering Barry Allen is back for one final adventure. With his map book in hand and Team Flash assembling, the lightning-quick hero must face down the deadly new threats to Central City. The Rogues are rising together under the force of a mysterious and mighty new leader. In this final showdown, The Flash must call on friends old and new in order to defend the timeline, protect his loved ones and save the world.

The Flash Season 9 is the final season of the superhero television series produced by Berlanti Productions, DC Entertainment, and Warner Bros. Eric Wallace is the series showrunner overseeing writers Jonathan Butler, Kristen Kim, Jess Carson, Thomas Pound, and Sarah Tarkoff. The Flash Season 9 marks the finale of the entire Arrowverse. Amongst the directors of the final season are Kayla Compton and Danielle Panabaker who both also star in the series.
The Flash Season 9 features Grant Gustin as the titular time-traveling speedster. He is joined by his partner Iris West-Allen portrayed by Candice Parron. Jon Cor has been promoted to a series regular for Season 9 playing Chillblaine. Danielle Nicolet and Brandon McKnight are back as Allegra Garcia and Chester P. Runk respectively. Richard Harmon portrays the new Captain Boomerang and Andy Mientus returns as the regular nemesis Pied Piper. Javicia Leslie is also cast in the final season. Arrowverse alumni, David Ramsey, Keiynan Lonsdale, Stephen Amell, and Sendhil Ramamurthy all guest star in this epic conclusion. The Flash Season 9 was released on The CW on February 8th, 2023.
