Synopsis
John Cena make his debut as Peacemaker in James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad – and now he’s back with his own show set within the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Having recovered from his injuries, Christopher Smith a.k.a. Peacemaker joins the A.R.G.U.S. black ops squad. The team is tasked with hunting down a parasite in ‘Project Butterfly’.Season 1 of Peacemaker is the first TV show to take place within the DCEU. It was created by Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn, who is also known for The Suicide Squad and Super.
