Dune: Prophecy - Season 1

Dune: The Sisterhood is inspired by the Dune franchise created by critically acclaimed science fiction author Frank Herbert. Season 1 introduces the Sisterhood of the Bene Gesserit, a matriarchal group devoted to training their mental abilities to obtain superhuman powers and reach enlightenment. Also known as witching women, the Bene Gesserit have a pivotal role in both big screen adaptations of Dune. Viewers may recognize the group from Denis Villenueve’s 2021 film, in which they are seen testing Paul Atreides with the Gom Jabbar – a mysterious pain-inducing box.
