Silka Luisa is the series showrunner, she is known for her work on Shining Girls, Halo, and Strange Angel. The show is a television sequel to the movie Blade Runner 2049. Ridley Scott, Andrew Kosove, Broderick Johnson, and Michael Green are among the producers of the series. Award-winning actress Michelle Yeoh stars in the series alongside Hunter Schafer.
