Synopsis
Strong and thrilling story of a Czech pilot and the endless love for flying. The life of army soldiers of socialist Czechoslovakia before 1989 was filled with moments of freedom in the air, but largely destroyed by the State security, its persecution and informers. Four friends and their flight mentor serve at the border for years. The death of a former RAF pilot in 1974 after his attempt to fly westward because of being persecuted by the communist regime changes everything.
