A teenage boy sets his ambitions on joining biker gang in the city of Baltimore

Mouse is a 14-year-old boy that loves motorbikes, but is forbidden from owning one by his protective mother. He sneaks out to an event called The Ride, a motorbike meet that’s a central part of Baltimore’s black biker subculture. Here, Mouse finds Blax, the leader of a notorious dirt-bike gang called the Midnight Clique. He soon begins to spend time at Blax’s auto shop, and finds himself drawn into a questionable lifestyle that could put him in danger.
