The show serves as a spin-off of Prime Video's popular series The Boys which is adapted from Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson's comic book series. Gen V was renewed for a second season shortly after its debut at the end of September 2023. It premiered its first three episodes then followed a weekly release until its finale in November. At the time of its initial release, the series became one of the most streamed TV shows in the world. Season 1 showrunner Michele Fazekas returns for the second season.
Who is in the cast of Gen V season 2?
Jaz Sinclair leads the season as Marie Moreau. Lizze Broadway joins her playing Emma Meyer with the rest of the cast including Derek Luh and London Thor as Jordan Li, Maddie Phillips as Cate Dunlap, Asa Germann as Sam Riordan and Sean Patrick Thomas as Polarity. Hamish Linklater portrays Cipher, the Dean of Godolkin University.
