Synopsis
Nick Fury must stop a group of shape-shifting aliens called Skrulls who have infiltrated many aspects of human society.
Set during the present-day MCU, Nick Fury becomes aware of a covert infiltration of Earth by a group of Skrulls who are able to change their appearance. To prevent an impending Skrull attack and protect humanity, Fury teams up with his comrades such as Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos, who has adapted to life on Earth. They work together urgently to stop the Skrulls and save the planet.

Secret Invasion is an action-adventure superhero miniseries created by Kyle Bradstreet for Disney+. It is based on the “Secret Invasions" storyline by Brian Michael Bendis which initially appeared in Marvel Comics in 2008. It is the ninth Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) TV series and follows the continuity of the MCU films. Series creator and head writer Bradstreet previously wrote nine episodes of the drama series, Mr. Robot, where he also served as co-executive producer.
Samuel L. Jackson reprises his role of Nick Fury, founder of the Avengers and director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Other returning characters include Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, Don Cheadle as James "Rhodey" Rhodes AKA War Machine and Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross. The miniseries' primary antagonist is portrayed by Kingsley Ben-Adir who plays Gravik, leader of the rebellious Skrulls. Olivia Colman, Emilia Clarke, Killian Scott, and Carmen Ejogo round out the cast.
