Synopsis
Charles Xavier’s gifted students are back and ready to continue the fight. Battling the likes of Bolivar Trask, Emma Frost, Mr. Sinister, Sebastian Shaw, and even sometimes the mighty Magneto, the X-Men will have to be at their best to outwit these gathering supervillains. Season 2 sees the iconic line-up standing together again with the likes of Rogue, Beast, Gambit, Jean Grey, Wolverine, Storm, Jubilee, and Cyclops. Will we see a returning Professor X leading the mutants again in their bid for peaceful coexistence with the human race?

X-Men ‘97 Season 2 is an upcoming Marvel Studios animated television series. It continues the story of the characters set out in the original X-Men: The Animated Series which aired until 1997. Showrunners of the original series Eric and Julia Lewald provide continuity by serving as consultants on the project.
The cast for Season 2 includes Cal Dodd bringing the gruff tones of Wolverine while George Buza is back as the brilliant Beast. Alison Sealy-Smith returns to wrangle the elements as Storm and Lenore Zann is the untouchable Rogue. Adrian Hough returns as Nightcrawler and Jean Grey is once again voiced by Catherine Disher.
