Nilkanth Sagle is a successful industrialist while his only son Nilesh does nothing but enjoys his wealth.Nilesh starts to frequent brothel and meets Chanda and becomes her regular customer and spends lot of money on her.During an outdoor trip he takes Chanda along where coincidentally Mr Fauzdar and his family arrives whose childhood friend of Nilkanth and mistake Chanda and Nilesh to be husband and wife.In order to hide their secret Chanda pretends to be his wife and feels she belongs to Nilesh.But Nilesh being womanizer gets attracted towards Namita whose also trying to woo Bima Babu and Thakur.
