A Good Person is an American drama film distributed by Sky in the UK. The film is written and directed by Zach Braff, who wrote, directed, and starred in 2004’s indie classic Garden State. The film is produced by Killer Films, Elevation Pictures, and Zach Braff, in addition to lead actor Florence Pugh.
The film stars Florence Pugh (Little Women) as Allison, the young woman whose life falls apart. Her would-be father-in-law, Daniel, is played by Morgan Freeman. Chinaza Uche plays Allison’s ex-fiancé, Nathan, and Molly Shannon play’s her mother. Celeste O'Connor steps into the role of Ryan, a high school football player whose life is also irrevocably changed by the same accident. Zoe Lister-Jones plays Simone, a tough AA veteran with a heart of gold.
