Two seemingly opposing forces find love in Hulu original movie

Mali Waters (Arsema Thomas), a driven and ambitious force, is set for a bright future. Frank Cooper (Darrell Britt-Gibson), in contrast, drifts through life, distracting himself with women, alcohol and drugs. Recently, he finished a role on a hit cable show and now waits for the next unremarkable Hollywood role, often limited to stereotypes. Their worlds ultimately collide, revealing their key differences. Despite their better judgment, they’re drawn to each other and as life unfolds, Mali faces an unavoidable reality. Together, they must rely on each other as they embrace love and living in the moment amidst a world of distractions and divisions.
