Synopsis
Nick and Audrey Spitz return to solve another investigation following their friend’s abduction
Nick and Audrey Spitz quit their jobs as a police officer and hairdresser respectively to become full-time private detectives after solving their first murder mystery. However, they are struggling to establish their new agency. Their opportunity to make a name for themselves arises when they attend their friend's private island wedding and he is abruptly abducted.

Adam Sandler reunites with Jennifer Aniston in sequel to Netflix’s Murder Mystery
Murder Mystery 2 is a mystery-comedy film directed by Jeremy Garelick for Netflix. It is a sequel to 2019’s Murder Mystery and is written by James Vanderbilt who also wrote the first film. Garelick has directed other comedies including 2015’s The Wedding Ringer and 2020’s The Binge. The film is also produced through Sandler’s production company, Happy Madison.
Murder Mystery 2 sees the return of Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston portraying married couple Nick and Audrey Spitz respectively. Besides the Murder Mystery series, the pair also starred in 2011's Just Go With It. Mark Strong, Mélanie Laurent, Jodie Turner-Smith, Enrique Arce, Tony Goldwyn, Annie Mumolo, Wilmer Valderrama also star along with Adeel Akhtar and John Kani rounding out the cast.
