Synopsis
This British animated series is hilariously narrated by the comic legend Spike Milligan. Behind the skirting board of a country cottage lives the Ratties and exists total mayhem! Full of energy and dubious initiative, the Ratties try to emulate the activities of their human hosts, but they produce quite different results.
