Synopsis
The recently orphaned Jackie is sent to live with the Walter family in rural Colorado
After tragedy strikes and 15-year-old Jackie’s parents and sister are killed, she finds herself in a new home in Colorado, far away from her old life in Manhattan. As Jackie adapts to living with a family with 10 brothers in the countryside, she soon starts developing feelings for two of the brothers.

Netflix adapt Ali Novak’s young adult novel My Life with the Walter Boys with The Kissing Booth production company
My Life with the Walter Boys Season 1 is the first season of the teen drama show produced by Sony Pictures Television and The Kissing Booth production company iGeneration Studios for Netflix. The show is based on Ali Novak’s 2014 young adult novel of the same name, and Novak adapts the story to the screen alongside Melanie Halsall. Season 1 features 10 episodes exploring Jackie’s new life in rural Colorado.
Nikki Rodriguez, known for her role the show On My Block, stars in My Life with the Walter Boys as Jackie Howard, the 15-year-old Colorado newcomer. Noah LaLonde and Ashby Gentry star as Cole and Alex, the two brothers vying for Jackie’s attention. Sarah Rafferty stars as Dr Katherine Walter, the family matriarch, while Marc Blucas plays her husband George. The other Walter children are played by Johnny Link as the eldest brother Will, Connor Stanhope as Danny, and Corey Fogelmanis as Nathan. Zoë Soul plays Will’s fiancée Haley, and Jaylan Evans plays Skylar, Jackie’s friend from school. My Life with the Walter Boys Season 1 was released on Netflix on December 7, 2023.
