Synopsis
This true crime story tackles one of America’s most highly publicized trials in a shocking murder case
In 1989, Lyle and Erik Menendez were charged with the murder of their wealthy parents, Jose and Kitty. The brothers claimed that the murder was an act of self-defense after years of abuse of all forms. Some claimed however that the brothers, 21 and 18 at the time, killed their parents for the inheritance. Following the murder, the investigation, and the trial, the show brings to life one of the most infamous courtroom cases in American history.
