Synopsis
Master Chief John-117 returns for a new set of dangerous missions
The threat of the Covenant is growing stronger by the day and John-117 senses that something big is coming. In response, he sets out in search of the Halo, the key to human survival. Along with a team of elite Spartans, John must track down the Halo and destroy the Covenant to save humanity.

The second season of the Steven Spielberg-produced video-game adaptation of Halo
Halo Season 2 is a military sci-fi action series. It is based on the video game of the same name and is produced by Showtime Networks, 343 Industries, and Amblin Television. The show counts Steven Spielberg, Darryl Frank, and Justin Falvey among its executive producers. The show is created by Steven Kane and Kyle Killen. David Wiener, known for his work on Fear the Walking Dead, is the showrunner for the second season.
Halo Season 2 sees the return of Pablo Schreiber in the lead role as Master Chief. Schreiber is known for his roles in 13 Hours, Candy, and American Gods. He is joined by returning cast members Bokeem Woodbine, Jen Taylor, Natascha McElhone, Shabana Azmi, Yerin Ha, Kate Kennedy, and more. Joseph Morgan joins the cast for the second season in the role of James Ackerson alongside another Halo newcomer Christina Rodlo as Talia Perez. Halo Season 2 was released on Paramount+ on February 9, 2024.
