Synopsis
Former covert operatives seek to recover their stolen past
Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh were elite spies working for a spy agency without borders - Citadel. When it was dismantled and destroyed by rival Manticore, both agents had their minds wiped and escaped with their lives. Years later, former Citadel employee Bernard Orlick seeks them out to help take Manticore down and restore their lives.

Amazon Studio’s spy show is one of the most expensive ever produced
Citadel Season 1 is an upcoming spy action thriller. Produced by Amazon Studios, the show is created by David Weil. After having written and created television shows such as Invasion and Hunters, Weil took over the reins of Citadel mid-production and handled an extensive reshooting schedule. The show is executive produced by the Russo Brothers, the filmmakers known for their work on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Bryan Oh, Melissa Glenn, Josh Appelbaum, and Angela Russo-Otstot are all confirmed writers on the show.
The six-episode season 1 of Citadel is led by Richard Madden playing Mason Kane. Madden is known for his roles in Game of Thrones and Bodyguard as well as Eternals. He stars opposite leading Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, a multi-award-winning actress. The pair play alongside Stanley Tucci as ex-Citadel employee Bernard Orlick, Lesley Manville as Dahlia Archer, and Osy Ikhile as Carter Spence. Ashleigh Cummings, Roland Moller, and Caoilinn Springall make up the expanded cast.
