Synopsis
The remnants of an old spy agency return looking for answers
Citadel was a spy agency like no other. Working globally without national loyalty, Citadel operatives were highly-skilled covert spies sent out on secret missions. But when Citadel was infiltrated and destroyed by counter-agency Manticore everything changed. Elite spies, Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh managed to escape but had their memories wiped. As they emerge from the darkness seeking answers, the pair encounter each other again and must contend with all they have lost. With their old Citadel colleague Bernard Orlick in tow, Nadia and Mason begin a global adventure to take down Manticore and retrieve their past.

Citadel is a science fiction action thriller produced by Amazon Studios for Amazon Prime Video. The show is created by David Weil, the writer, and creator of the television shows, Invasion and Hunters. The Russo Brothers, known for their role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, act as executive producers. The show is confirmed as one of the most expensive television shows ever produced and runs for six episodes.
Citadel is led by Richard Madden playing Mason Kane and Priyanka Chopra stars as Nadia Sinh. Madden is known for his work on the television shows Game of Thrones and Bodyguard. Chopra is a multi-award-winning actress who has succeeded in gaining acclaim in both Bollywood and Hollywood, featuring notably in The Matrix Resurrections and The White Tiger. The leading couple is well supported by Stanley Tucci playing Bernard, Lesley Manville as Dahlia, and Osy Ikhile as Carter. Ashleigh Cummings, Roland Moller, and Caoilinn Springall make up the expanded cast.
