Synopsis
While Jamie is away in Africa doing voluntary work, a young girl called Alice has been allocated to Nan by the Young and Old Buddy-Up Foundation to keep her company and cheer her up. Alice soon discovers what she has let herself in for when a simple trip to the council offices ends with Nan given a community service order to work in the local hospital. In Africa, Jamie is concerned when he founds out his Nan is in hospital. Meanwhile Nan is also getting stuck in with helping her new neighbours organise the family wedding.
