Moana 2 is an animated musical adventure movie produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. It is a sequel to the original Moana and is written and directed by David G. Derrick Jr. in his directorial debut. Derrick Jr. has previously worked on movies such as Megamind, Raya, and the Last Dragon, and Flushed Away. Music for the movie is handled by Mark Mancina and Opetaia Foa’i. Moana 2 features Auli’i Cravalho in the leading role as Moana and Dwayne Johnson voicing Maui.
