MTV's brand new reality show plucks eight ambitious kids from the Welsh valleys and gives them the opportunity to pursue their dream jobs in Cardiff. Living together, the boys and girls quickly get distracted by the bright lights and the opposite sex. But as they meet their tough new bosses they realise their dreams won't come easily.
