Synopsis
After over a decade of waiting for season 2 of the anime series, the chaotic adventures of Tiger and Bunny continue. The original Tiger & Bunny TV series centered on heroes – known as NEXT – that can be hired for their services. They even sport advertisements on their superhero attire. The 2011 anime spawned two anime films, Tiger & Bunny the Movie: The Beginning and Tiger & Bunny The Movie -The Rising. Season 2 takes place after the events of both anime movies.The new season, which is officially titled Tiger & Bunny 2, follows a new story directed by Mitsuko Kase. Hiroaki Hirata returns to the role of Kotetsu T. Kaburagi a.k.a. Wild Tiger, while Masakazu Morita also reprises his role as Barnaby Brooks Jr.
