The third season of FX's hit series sees the return of Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri
The Bear Season 3 is a dramedy television series produced by FX Productions for Hulu and FX. The series is created by Christopher Storer who is also an executive producer on the show along with Joanna Calo, Josh Senior, Nate Matteson and Hiro Murai. Since its debut in 2022, The Bear has experienced widespread acclaim from both critics and audiences. The first season alone nabbed 13 Primetime Emmy nominations, with recognition in categories such as Outstanding Comedy Series. Jeremy Allen White received the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy in 2022. In 2023, he won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Ayo Edebiri also won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series that same year.
Noteworthy guest stars like Olivia Colman, Jamie Lee Curtis, Bob Odenkirk, Sarah Paulson and John Mulaney appeared in the second season of The Bear. Storer has previously directed the comedy specials of such names like Ramy Youssef, Hasan Minhaj and Bo Burnham.
In The Bear's third season, Jeremy Allen White returns to portray head chef Carmy. Other returning members include Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Richie, Ayo Edebiri as sous-chef Sydney and Lionel Boyce as pastry chef Marcus. The remaining cast members include Liza Colon-Zayas, Abby Elliot, Edwin Lee Gibson and Matty Matheson. The Bear Season 3 was released on June 27, 2024 on streaming service Hulu.
