Tommy Egan is out for blood and money. Wounded from the death of Liliana, he returns to Chicago’s criminal underworld looking to fuel his rage with vengeance. Power Book IV: Force Season 2 is an American crime drama television series. It is produced by CBS Studios, Lionsgate Television, G-Unit Film & Television Inc, and Atmosphere Entertainment for the network Starz. The show is the third spin-off from the hit series Power and also acts as a sequel to the original show. The showrunner for Power Book IV: Force Season 2 is Gary Lennon, a writer, and producer known for his work on Power, Euphoria, and Orange is the New Black. The show is executive produced by Courtney A. Kemp and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson among others.
Leading the line in this crime drama is Joseph Sikora, back in the role of the rising drug lord Tommy Egan. He is joined by Isaac Keys who plays David “Diamond” Sampson, a local hotshot who lost everything after being incarcerated. Lili Simmons stars as Claud Flynn while Shane Harper portrays Vic Flynn, both heirs to the largest crime family in Chicago. The wider cast includes Kris. D Lofton, Anthony Fleming III, Lucien Cambric, and Tommy Flanagan. New cast members for Season 2 include Carmela Zumbado, Manuel Eduardo Ramirez, Miriam A. Hyman, and Adrienne Walker. Power Book IV: Force Season 2 was released on Starz on September 1st, 2023.
