Synopsis
The Sweethearts are a soul band of 30 Australian schoolgirls on the brink of their biggest dream: their first tour of the U.S.A. They are crushed when their musical director and mentor falls seriously ill. A new director reinstates the tour, which exacerbates a division between the younger and older members. It takes Memphis and the power of soul music itself to finally bond them together.
