Synopsis
Stoners Ty and Dee throw the craziest party of the year. Things get out of hand when money owed to Dutch - Detroit's most Notorious Drug Dealer, goes missing. Dutch threatens to kill them if their debt isn't paid in 24 hours. Ty and Dee search Detroit to find or remake the money, while facing rival dealers and crooked cops black comedy full of raunchy gags, zany antics and viral moments.
