The fourth season of Succession follows the aftermath of the family’s treacherous civil war. As the sale of Waystar Royco to Lukas Matsson becomes imminent, further divisions in the family are provoked — along with a healthy dose of existential angst — as they contemplate the future. For a family eternally caught in an internal power struggle, can they adapt to a world in which they collectively wield less power?
Succession Season 4 is the fourth and final season of HBO Entertainment’s hit satirical black comedy-drama. The series was created by Jesse Armstrong (The Thick of It, Black Mirror, and Veep). Armstrong shifts to the director’s chair for the first time with season 4 of Succession. The final season is a full 10 episodes.
The Roy family is back in full for the fourth season, including Brian Cox as Logan Roy, Kieran Culkan as Roman, Sarah Snook as Shiv, and Jeremy Strong as Kendall. Matthew McFadyen reprises his role as Tom Wambsgans, and Nicholas Braun returns as the socially inept Greg Hirsch.
