Synopsis
Ten years ago, employees deemed completely worthless to the company were sent to a department known as General Administration Section 2. However, in that dim GA-2 office, they began enjoying their new lives. GA-2 was shut down, and Tsuboi Chinatsu vanished. Ten years later, Japan is in the middle of a long financial depression and layoffs are rampant.
