Synopsis
A young Peter Parker (aka Spider-Man) learns to master his powers and use them for good
Peter Parker is just a regular teenage boy growing up in New York City. But after he is bitten by a radioactive spider, he develops powers he’s only just tapping into. By day he is an exhausted student, and by night he is a masked vigilante trying to master his new powers and use them for good.

What to know
Freshman Year takes place on a parallel timeline to the Tom Holland’s MCU Spider-Man
Spider-Man: Freshman Year is an animated superhero series produced by Disney. While the series takes place within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), it is not part of the main MCU timeline. This leaves room for new stories and outcomes within the series that do not affect the life of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. The 10-episode first season of the series is written by Jeff Trammell (Craig of the Creek).
While the series features Hudson Thames as the voice of Peter Parker (aka Spider-Man). He is joined by Zeno Robinson who voices Harry Osborn, and Colman Domingo as Norman Osborn. Charlie Cox, who plays the live-action Daredevil in the MCU, voices his character Matt Murdock (aka Daredevil) in the series. In addition, Paul F Tompkins joins to voice Marvel villain Bentley Wittman (aka The Wizard).
