Synopsis
Penelope, also known as Lizzie Dripping, is a young girl with a vivid imagination, lives in the country village of Little Hemlock. Penelope encounters a local witch, but discovers that she is the only person who can see or hear her. In spite of her best attempts, Penelope gains a reputation for being an imaginative liar and cannot seem to convince others that the witch is real.
