Synopsis
Exploring Spider-Man's origins and heroic journey during his Freshman Year
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man explores the early days of the iconic web-slinging superhero, shedding light on Peter Parker's origins and his journey to comprehend and harness his extraordinary powers. The series takes viewers through Peter's discovery of his abilities and the development of his Spider-Man identity. As he progresses, Peter will experiment with different Spider-Man suits, gradually understanding the responsibilities that come with being a hero in his community. Along his path, he will encounter both allies and adversaries including Daredevil, Doctor Strange, Harry and Norman Osborne, the Rhino and Scorpion. Amidst the thrilling chaos and intense action, Peter also faces the relatable challenges of a typical teenager entering college for the first time.

Jeff Trammell, recognized for his contributions to animated hits like Craig of the Creek and The Owl House, brings his expertise to the show as the writer. Stu Livingston, who has previously collaborated with Trammell on those projects, serves as a director for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. Additionally, a second installment titled Spider-Man: Sophomore Year is currently in the works.
