Synopsis
Heron's internal struggle as Seraphim remains in the underworld
Upon the revelation that the leader of demons, Seraphim, is Heron's brother, Heron kills him. Subsequently, Seraphim descends into the underworld, where Hades extends an offer of assistance in return for unwavering loyalty. In season 2, Heron struggles with the profound impact of his final moments with Seraphim, navigating personal reflection with his moral dilemma.

Derek Phillips returns as the son of Zeus in second season of animated Netflix series
Blood of Zeus season 2 is the second season of Netflix's fantasy-adventure TV series written and created by Charley and Vlas Parlapanides. The series is set in ancient Greece and follows a young man named Heron. Upon learning he is Zeus' son, he discovers his ultimate destiny: saving the world from demons. However, Zeus' wife Hera seeks revenge and allies with his skeptical demon-brother, Seraphim. As conflicts escalate in Olympus, Heron's demigod powers awaken, thrusting him into a cosmic struggle. The entirety of the first season was directed by Shaunt Nigoghossian.
Derek Phillips voices the lead role of Heron. He previously starred in the NBC sports drama series Friday Night Lights. He is joined by Jessica Henwick as Alexia, Jason O'Mara as Zeus, Claudia Christian as Hera, Elias Toufexis as Seraphim and Matthew Mercer as Hermes.
