The entire main voice cast returns for revival of Futurama from original developers Matt Groening and David X. Cohen
Futurama season 11 is the eleventh season for the adult animated comedy sci-fi TV series created by Matt Groening and developed by Groening and David X. Cohen. Groening is best known for creating the seminal animated TV series, The Simpsons. His other hit animated TV show, Futurama, has previously won six Emmy Awards and its revival features the return of David X. Cohen as a director and co-creator. After concluding in 2013, the show was brought back to life by streaming service Hulu which ordered twenty half-hour episodes of the series.
The revival of Futurama sees Billy West reprising his roles as Fry, Professor Farnsworth, and Doctor Zoidberg while Katey Segal returns to voice Leela. After a long contract negotiation, John DiMaggio also returns to voice Bender. Tress MacNeille voices Leela's mother while Phil LaMarr resumes his role as Hermes Conrad. Lauren Tom reprises her role as Amy Wong and Maurice LaMarche returns to voice Calculon, Kif, and Morbo.
