Synopsis
Little Roy tells the story of 5-year-old Roy O'Brien, an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and playful little boy. He's just like every other kid his age, except for one thing - he's a cartoon! Roy discovers a natural creative talent for styling hair, but he is sad to realise he cannot change his own appearance. Undeterred, Roy uses his creativity to try to change his look, until he finally realises he should be happy the way he is.
