Synopsis
"Tears of Happiness" is a Chinese remake of well-known Japanese drama series "1 Litre of Tears". While on vacation with his girlfriend, Gu Yihang hires He Tongyao as their tour guide, inadvertently causing her to get in a car accident. After the crash, Tongyao learned that she had spinocerebellar ataxia, an incurable degenerative disease.
