Synopsis
Newtown is actually a normal small town but with one claim to fame: Benjamin Blümchen, a talking elephant lives in the zoo. Everyone knows and loves him because he helps where help or a rescuer is needed. Together with Otto and Carla Caramba the roving lady reporter, he stops a banana thief, saves the beavers, meets a gang of squirrels and celebrates a grand rainbow festival in the zoo. He works as a gardener, helps a little sheep and invents a car that doesn't smell. No wonder that Benjamin is known as "the world's favourite talking elephant".
