Synopsis
After the destruction of New York City, an architect hopes to rebuild
Julia Cicero is torn between her father, the mayor of New York, and her lover, a progressive architect with a utopian vision. A battle begins between the traditional conservative ideas holding society in place, and those desperate to make a change.
