Synopsis
Super suave service expert Fred Sirieix (First Dates) and kitchen queen Allegra McEvedy (Junior Bake Off) are searching for a new generation of young talent who can follow in their footsteps and make it big in the restaurant industry. In a series of heats Fred teaches his Restaurant Crew the art of service and Allegra instructs her Kitchen Crew how to run a pro kitchen.
